I have been interested in gardening for about 2 years now, the hardest thing was to find a nursery that provides a wide variety of indoor and outdoor at a reasonable price. After extensive research and visiting every nursery on the Fourth ring road, I could honestly tell you that Afnan Co. Areej Nursery has about 85% of everything you need, whether its an indoor or an outdoor plant/tree. (Keep in mind Afnan Co. has many nurseries on the same road but Areej Nursery by far is the best in terms of variety of indoor and outdoor plants/trees, potting containers, readymade potting mix and most importantly customer service).

I recently went to Areej Nursery to buy two more plants for my sister’s living room, she wanted a flowering plant that was easy to maintain. She already has two rubber plants (Ficus Elastica) and three zz plants (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) but this time she wanted a plant that flowers, so I decided to get her a Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum cochlearispathum) and Laceleaf (Anthurium).

The first thing I did once I arrived at Areej Nursery is look for “Khokan” as his customer service skills is astounding, he’s always eager to help, and personally I love our small talk conversations. After I picked the Peace Lily, Laceleaf, and the pot I asked Khokan to bring me a potting mix (Organic Value 40 L at 2.5KD) to have them repotted in a larger pot. The end result was perfect, and my sister loved her new plants all thanks to Khokan.
